30 MAR 2022 · In this episode, Frankie talks all about her book, The Man He's Stupid, and The Girl, She's So Bitch (click here to check it out) and talks about changing your behavior: We can change something for ourselves in our own behavior. When we do that, the other person has to change because they would have to behave differently. When you change a behavior in yourself, the other person cannot react the same way as they have in the past. And therefore you change your behavior. Examples of behavioral changes you can make in yourself that will get you a different response from another person. You're no longer insane repeating the same behavior and getting the same results. Now you're having a different behavior therefore they have to give you a different behavior and therefore you get a different result. • Episode 23: Questioning God

23 MAR 2022 · Frankie George-McCullough is an intuitive healer and life coach that focuses on healing pain patterns and coaching people to listen to their own intuition. Do you ever find yourself questioning God? What about good vs. evil? In this week’s episode Frankie interviews Omar Binno, a creative musician, writer and artist who is blind. When Omar was a young boy his father was murdered at his party store. When he was 9 he took piano lessons and realized he had a passion for music. High school was a turning point for him growing up in a “I get what I want” culture but he’s blind and realized he can’t do all of the things his friends are doing like driving their new cars. He realized what he was really missing and began questioning things and started his spiritual journey. Frankie met Omar at an event and in their conversation Omar mentioned he struggles with so many things within religion and spirituality. In this conversation Omar and Frankie go deep into the darkness and the light. Omar questions evil spirits and where they come from or if they are real. Frankie explains all of us are intuitive but not everyone is awake to it. “We are not God but we are collectively one of the whole.” Frankie says it is good to question religion, it doesn’t make you any less spiritual. Frankie also makes an analogy that you HAVE to hear for yourself in the episode, it truly puts life in perspective. If you are on your own spiritual journey and are questioning God, listen to this episode! • Episode 22: Coaching & Being Coached

16 MAR 2022 · In this week’s episode, Frankie is joined by fellow coach and client Tina Stonisch. Tina was an ICU nurse which she believes set her up perfectly to enter the coaching world because as a nurse she had to counsel families, often during the worst time of their lives. She eventually decided to get married and leave nursing to be a stay-at-home mom. Tina was going through a transition in her life and reached out to Frankie to help coach her through it. Tina found coaching has been helpful to her more than other methods and she is now a coach herself. She feels that coaching helps people create a new path for themselves. Tina went through some difficult times herself with her divorce from her unfaithful husband and then the death of her younger sister and best friend. What she came to realize was, during the difficult times, if you just keep going, it will get better. Tina explains it’s okay to feel however you feel in a session, sad, mad, angry, whatever you are feeling is valid. She goes on to say an hour of coaching is like working out, you are building a muscle “I feel like it is life changing” she told Frankie. Tina explains coaching “stops you from looking in the rear view mirror because “I am not going that way.” They both agree that the ultimate goal is for you to be your own coach and both of them can help you achieve that goal.  To book coaching services with Tina or services with Frankie such as Life Coaching, an Intuitive Session, or FNMAT go to Frankie’s website: www.iamperfectlyfrank.com and click on the contact page or the Calendly link. • Episode 20: Tone

2 MAR 2022 · EPISODE 20: PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TONE! In this episode, Frankie talks to her Producer Rachel Giordano all about tone. It is something that has plagued both of them as they are loud outspoken women and sometimes their tone is perceived a certain way. They get down to the bottom of where our tone comes from AND explain how to be more aware in the future so you can change how you react in a situation. Rachel has followed Frankie’s advice about tone to make a shift in her marriage. The advice is in Frankie’s book “The Man, He’s Stupid, And The Girl, She’s So Bitch” where she explains holding back the tone when you are tired, frustrated or angry because the other person will be taken aback and eventually tired of feeling you always have a tone that makes them feel less than. Frankie says the important thing is if you catch the tone and acknowledge it. She admits she yelled at her son just that morning because she was frustrated but eventually caught herself and acknowledged it with him. “Get in touch with YOU” Frankie exclaims, and find peace even in the chaos.  To book Services with Frankie such as Life Coaching, an Intuitive Session, or FNMAT go to her website:  iamperfectlyfrank.com  For more information about our sponsors: Alline Salon Group is hiring stylists in Michigan! 23 FEB 2022 · To book services with Frankie such as Life Coaching, an Intuitive Session, or FNMAT go to her website: iamperfectlyfrank.com  In this episode Frankie’s producer Rachel Giordano joins her to discuss weight and caring for our bodies. Frankie says caring for ourselves is not predicated on weight but we get stuck in these old thought patterns from society that make us feel our worth is related to our weight. “Wealth is not relevant to weight and weight is not relevant to wealth” Frankie explains. “What we think is more valuable than what we put in our bodies.” Frankie says to take a look at yourself and ask how you feel about YOURSELF, stop comparing yourself to others or letting the media convince you you need to change. We have to find our own self fulfillment, we also have to change our behavior. For more information about our sponsors: Alline Salon Group is hiring stylists in Michigan!
