A brief rundown on understanding stress and the importance it plays in good health.

In this ep, I am only covering the physiological response to stress (Fight or Flight) and the effect it has on the body. Stress is the silent killer yet trainers and coaches all over the world only seem to care about how a client looks, without doing the deep work needed to solve the underlying issues we all face day-to-day.

Stress causes habitual cycles of thinking which become addictive to the body when left unaddressed.

Will be releasing a pt 2 on how to really thrive and make the most of this information in the next couple days.
