That is why when we feel NOT ENOUGH or NOT WORTHY, we may feel "stuck" in life, which is a major obstacle to attracting happiness, joy, abundance & love.

It takes COURAGE to slow down, to sit in your discomfort and question your beliefs, values & stories we are telling ourselves.

It is in this discomfort that we can shift trapped emotions and heal generational trauma.
After you ponder this, think of the relationship with yourself as a starting point.
