- It’s never too late to make a shift in your career.
- Prioritize yourself & take time off when needed.
- It’s hard to make good decisions when you’re tired & burnt out.
- Be intentional about what you say yes to.
- Be ruthless with your schedule.
- Learn as much as you can; don’t be afraid to move companies or even roles, especially in the startup world, after 2-5 years.
- Don’t be busy for the sake of being busy.
- Don’t be afraid to Google what you don’t know.
- You could keep working later at night but that doesn’t mean you should - also think about how it makes someone feel to receive communication from you at a later hour.
- Take time every day to move your body.
