Managing our stress levels is a key to health. Meditation, intentions and affirmations can be super simple tools that we can fit in throughout our day to keep tension in our bodies low and vibes peaceful and high. Learning to release stress daily can help us to gain and maintain a natural flow in our lives.

There are many forms of meditations for relaxation. Guided, visualization and passive may be the easiest. Passive being things like showering, taking a walk or coloring. The two meditations below are visualization and written guided. You can practice them as you read them, try them after you read them from memory or record yourself/someone reading it aloud to listen to.
