When we think of resistance, it’s often associated with denying ourselves of it or fighting against something. But what if you dared to embrace resistance? In this week’s episode, I share my experience on how embracing resistance was an assistance to me. So much so, I am forever changed and willing to include resistance to my activities in life. Adding this contrast to our everyday life is simply including ingredients for change. The small steps help you grow and give you the courage and resilience to endure the tough challenges you face ahead.

Affirmation of the week: I’ve decided I have enough courage to do anything I want.
