7 SEP 2026 · On the 6th of August 1994, a cyclist who was taking part in a time trial on Rainford bypass in St Helens found the naked body of a young woman. This would turn out to be 23 year old Julie Finley who had last been seen the night before in Liverpool city centre. Julie had been struggling with a drug addiction and had left the flat where she was staying. The police had to try and figure out how Julie had travelled 15 miles away and why? Julie's case is still unsolved.

22 JUL 2026 · On January 6th 1991, a father and son went fishing in Pennington Flash in Leigh, Greater Manchester. They discovered body parts floating in bin bags. The remains were that of Maria Christina Requena who worked as a sex worker in Manchester city centre. Her murder caused much uproar and speculation that there was a killer on the loose targeting women in the area. The third so far that had taken place around the East Lancs road.

7 JUN 2026 · In the early hours of Saturday 25th of August 1991, a police officer came across an abandoned car on a industrial estate in Penketh in Warrington. He realised that this woman had been attacked and had passed away. This was 42 year old Vera Anderson who was a mother and grandmother. A large investigation ensued to try and figure out who would have committed this awful murder but it is still unsolved.

24 MAY 2026 · On the 18th October 1988, the naked body of 31 year old Linda Donaldson was found off Winwick lane in Lowton, Warrington. She had last been seen in Liverpool's red light district. Despite many enquiries being made into her murder it remains unsolved despite several other murders happening around the East Lancs road. In the next few weeks, I will also tell the stories of the 3 other murders often associated with Linda's.

12 APR 2026 · In June 2002, the remains of a man was found in Charnock Richard in Chorley, Lancashire. In 2018, he was eventually identified as 24 year old Darren Carley who had disappeared from Swindon in January 2002. He had been murdered but by whom and how he had ended up there is still a mystery.

15 MAR 2026 · In September 2010, 23 year old Ricardo Cunha and his girlfriend were at home at their flat in West Norwood, London when a loud bang caught their attention. When Ricardo went to investigate, he was shot and killed. His case has still not been solved today.

In January 2008, Steven Cooper left his home in Golcar in Yorkshire in the early hours of the morning. He didn't take his passport or any money with him. Around a week after, his car was found near Loch Laggan in the Highlands of Scotland with little explanation as to where Steven was. He was never found.

In January 1995, the car belonging to 34 year old Angela Bradley was found close to Mythe Bridge in Tewkesbury. The keys were left in the ignition and Angela was nowhere to found. She has not returned or contacted her family since.
