On the 6th of August 1994, a cyclist who was taking part in a time trial on Rainford bypass in St Helens found the naked body of a young woman. This would turn out to be 23 year old Julie Finley who had last been seen the night before in Liverpool city centre. Julie had been struggling with a drug addiction and had left the flat where she was staying. The police had to try and figure out how Julie had travelled 15 miles away and why? Julie's case is still unsolved.
