This week on the podcast I'm sharing a bit from within around trusting yourself to do scary things! Fear is not always an indicator of whether or not we should do something. In fact, for me, I regularly feel fearful to do some of the BEST things for me like going on an airplane, starting the podcast, making a change in life!
I've been reflecting on this because as you're about to find out- lots of big changes are manifesting and unfolding in my life experience and I'm trying to hold space for it all- even the fear of the unknown; all while moving forward with a courageous heart.
