An unmedicalised, instinctive, intuitive, wild pregnancy seems so far removed from our current interventional, highly pathologized, industrial birth paradigm; that most women don't even know that being your own prenatal care provider is an option.

But as you will hear, during my consciousness expanding discussion with Natalie Alaska, it can be, for the majority of women. And is often more connected, more magical, and far more simple than we are led to believe .

Natalie discusses how she used her intuition to guide her during pregnancy, and in the lead up to the freebirth of her second son; the ways in which she navigated the external opinion of others around her choice; how she worked through her 'what if' fears; her beautiful pregnancy rituals and also shares with us one of the BEST pregnancy affirmations I've ever heard.
