Happy New Year!!
Wow! It always feels so slow to get here, and then poof we're in a new year- and for me, that calendar year change itself does bring in a bit of excitement about the possibilities of what will lie ahead in the new year!
As I think of what I'd like to focus on and manifest in 2023, I can't help but look back to some of the biggest lessons and breakthroughs I had in 2022. From learning how to focus on my why instead of arbitrary goals, to starting to pay keen attention to what feels good or bad and find the bravery to make changes, there were so many big shifts I found that were for the better. Today I am sharing those with you on the podcast, in the hopes that maybe you learned some of these things too or that these little tokens of wisdom will benefit you in the year ahead!
It is my sincerest hope that 2023 brings peace your way, that it brings health, and so much happiness.
