I hope you will join me today as I break down not only why mindsets matter but the specific components of brain fitness. I think we all agree that fitness is important not just physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually but how "fit" are we really when it comes down to these areas of self. We know the components of physical fitness- endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, agility and most of us know how to enhance each of these physical fitness components but do we know what and/or how to enhance our brain fitness. If not I am going to share with you the what and how of brain health. I hope you will join me.
