Patti Henry is a psychotherapist who has been in private practice for 30 years. She began her career working in psychiatric hospitals working with women. Soon she realized her female patients were mostly complaining about their husbands, so she decided to see the husbands in sessions as well. Much to her surprised, the men were in even more need of healing than their wives! That's when Patti began researching men's issues, wrote her landmark book, "The Emotionally Unavailable Man: A Blueprint for Healing," and has been working to heal emotional shutdown and unavailability ever since.
