Happy birthday Bayh-Dole! The Overground crew celebrates the law that created university technology transfer and closes out 2018 with hard hitting questions: Why are we so fat? Can technology change our daily behavior? When do the things we do become our legacies? Is that robot inside you doing surgery? Thank you to everyone who listened in Overground’s freshman year.
