On this episode of Beyond The Limit, we sit down with Jason Frazell. For years Jason worked in a variety of sales, sales engineering, and leadership roles at companies big and small, but he knew there was more. Like most people, he stayed the course, following someone else’s idea of the perfect life. But, he wasn’t happy. Then he found coaching. Now he gets to say, ‘YES, I’m doing what I’m meant to do.’
Everyday he gets to help people develop their potential and create new levels of success in their lives and in their work. He believes his job is to help you discover what you were meant to do. Coaching for Jason is a way of having someone on your team every single day with no other agenda than your success, someone supportive, who pushes you, who asks the tough questions when others won’t and someone who’s as committed to your success as you are.
When he isn’t working with clients from his office in Brooklyn, NY, you can find him hosting his podcast, Talking to Cool People, playing guitar, honing his sharp wit in improv and comedy classes, or spending time with family and friends at their house in the Catskills.
