I would always tip sonic workers based on the skills of their skating. If you looked like a beginner....no tip. If you were a seasoned vet...you get a tip. You gotta be a savage on those skates. lol.

My advice on pre-arranged tips. Avoid those restaurants. To bougie for my taste. I'm fine with two-star restaurants. lol

Nike gave LeBron James a gratuity before he played a game in the league. I don't do that. LeBron would have had to show me he's worth a percentage first. So I don't do percentages.

Chris, this is why I wanted to shed light on the mindset of the server. We are all servers in this life, and do not always get what we feel we are worth. Which is why the mindset is so important. Your Attitude determines your worth. All you need is one good tip.
