The Few, The Proud, The Marines... not anymore. The Marines consider dumping their tagline. WHY?!?

President Obama loses control of the crowd, and then loses his cool.

AND...

Historian and journalist Leon Worden joins Joe to discuss the Dakota Access Pipeline. YES it's still happening, even while the Presidential election trucks on, the pipeline is under construction and 100's of Americans are being arrested. Native Americans are trying to protect their water source. Leon says, I don't know of a single treaty with the Native Americans that the U.S. Government ever honored.

DAPL spans 4 states but decided no environmental impact report was necessary. Army Corps of Engineers decided it didn't need to do one. The Sioux tribe is suing on the grounds that an EIR was not done but should have been because citizens were not given an opportunity to weigh in on it.

The original plan was for the DAPL to cross the Missouri River much further north, but non-Natives didn't want the risk up there. So the Army Corps moved it south into Indian country without an opportunity to weigh in on the impacts.
