Dear Ruth... such a great great episode and I enjoyed and loved listening to Gillian Sorensen. I love the U.N as a woman working in the development space for about 2 decades, aspire to be in such positions. Thankyou so much for providing us a chance to virtually meet people we may never have a chance to meet and I draw alot of inspiration form your podcast. I would love to connect with Gillian and hope 1 day I get the chance to connect with her. You probably wouldn't imagine that your podcasts reach as far as some very rural and remote areas in Kenya in Africa... I live in rural Kenya, a mother of 3 and a full time employee... When i am having a bad day and don't have the energy to do much especially professionally, all I need to do is tune into one of your podcasts and draw inspiration from especially the great women guests you bring. I am a Social Worker by profession hence my total connection with Gillian.
