Liz Weldon a woman I have been fortunate to get to know over the years on and off the stage. Her career to ballet wasn't the typical path in fact she was in a band in College and graduated before she decided to give it one last try. Liz has been navigating her path ever since her retirement 2 years ago and it has been a grounding journey to watch from afar. Liz dives deeply into poetry and the discovery of oneself, her vulnerability on the podcast held a deep space of compassion for oneself and a consistent craving for more.
