The problem today is that of all the phobias, public speaking is considered the highest. The surveys show that this fear affects 3 out of 4 people and to make matters worse, today we spend more time online and it's often necessary to speak or respond to questions in front of groups.
Dr Doreen Downing recognizes this problem, because she once suffered from stage fright. She now speaks freely in her weekly podcast because she discovered ways to relax and become a confident speaker without fear.
