I'm love this podcast! But I opted for bio identical pellet therapy. And I'm beginning to feel better. I had a total hysterectomy at 47. I felt fine for a while, but the sweating day and night, et al other issues finally got to me. I was desperate. I would've swallowed anything at that point to make things go away. So, I'm on a vegan diet, exercising by walking (I hate it!), and getting pellets inserted in my butt every 5 months. And insurance does not cover it, but I have to say my husband looks yummy! So, I'm getting anything I ask for.........lol lol
