Rebekah, enjoyed your talk! Very interesting. Diet is so important, most people don't realize that what we put in our bodies affects us in so many ways. My husband and I aren't vegetarians but what we eat, for the most part, is healthy. I've been gardening with heirloom seeds for several years, so we have a non GMO, organic, home vegetable garden. No chemicals used. We raise worms to recycle kitchen waste like fruit and veggie peelings. Both of us work in the garden, it's good exercise, plus we teach others how to garden including small children. I start the seeds (tomatoes, peppers, etc.) in a good soil mixture, pot the seedlings, then plant in my garden when they are ready. Once the plant produces, will extract the seeds, dry and save for next year's crop. The fresh fruit and veggies are so delicious; from garden to table. We don't eat very much, nor often because nutritious food satisfies the body and calms the spirit.

In 1992, Bruce Tainio, of Tainio Technology and head of the Department of Agriculture at Washington University, developed a Calibrated Frequency Monitor (CFM) that has been used to measure the frequencies of the human body and foods. They use this machine at John Hopkins University to study frequency in relationship to diseases. The machine is crazy expensive but can be bought.
