Amid a summer of strikes and the rising cost of living, the economic policies of the candidates vying to become the next Conservative leader and prime minister are unsurprisingly at the forefront of their campaigns.

On the Sky News Daily, Niall Paterson is joined by Miatta Fahnbulleh from the New Economics Foundation, and Christopher Snowdon from the Institute of Economic Affairs, to put both candidates' plans under the microscope and look at the challenges the new occupant of Number 10 will face come the autumn.
