How Google Manages Global Talent

About the speaker

Lucero has been with Google for almost 12 years leading their talent management efforts across EMEA and is currently focused on supporting EMEA leaders and their teams across Sales, Tech and General & Admin be the best they can be. Her career at Google has spanned the course of recruitment for both sales and tech, career development, coaching, leadership development, and talent growth & retention both on an EMEA and global level. Prior to Google, Lucero worked in the organisational development space for the banking, public and agriculture sectors.

Lucero has a Masters Degree in Business Psychology from City University, London, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and French from University of San Diego, has an Executive Coaching Certification from Ashridge Business School, UK and is certified to deliver several psychometric assessment tools.

Lucero is originally from Mexico but lived in San Diego, CA most of her life. She has been living in London for 14 years. Her hobbies include running (marathons, 10ks), fitness, yoga, coaching, movies, traveling and enjoying life with her family which includes 3 busy kiddos.
