1. Don't be all things to all people. Really focus on your niche - where you add value the most.
2. Paid advertising becomes less expensive the more clear you are about your exact target audience.
3. Approach partnerships through their pain points and with a proof of concept of solution.
4. Document your success stories - testimonials are crucial. Proof of concept.
5. Ask "why is that tech necessary" and "when is that necessary" before investing more heavily in tech. -

Also: What is the bottleneck for growth? Is it tech, is its audience, is it experience. More tech doesn't always mean a better user experience.
