West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy is Now Open! 8am-9am PT/ 11am-Noon ET for our especially special Daily Specials, Metro Shrimp & Grits Thursdays!
Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, Giorgio Meloni has a problem with Jewish “financial speculators,” just like all fascists do.
Then, on the rest of the menu, a Florida CEO urged her staff to work through Ian, then she grudgingly took it back; reversing course after Biden and Harris supported it, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a farmworker unionization law; and, the Supreme Court will continue providing live audio broadcasts of arguments in cases, even as it welcomes the public back to its courtroom for a new term that begins Monday.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where a fashion model from Myanmar who feared being arrested by the country’s military government if she was forced back home from exile has been granted asylum in Canada; and, Italians marched in scores of cities and towns for abortion rights after neo-fascist Giorgia Meloni’s electoral victory.
All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.
Bon Appétit!
