Remember: Correlation is different than causation. I am always surprised when people who claim to be educated in climate only discuss our climate as being an Earthbound science. In truth, man can influence the weather but not Earth's climate. Consider, it was not that long ago that the North of Africa was lush and complex water ways crossed the continent. Does anyone believe that man's carbon emissions from building the pyramids caused the climate to punish the land with an eternal desert? Earth is not a fixed planet, our Sun is not a fixed star, our solar system is not fixed in the Milky Way and the Milky Way is not a fixed galaxy in the universe. We are not freely floating either. We are captured in a stream of continuous movement. Spiraling within a spiral within a spiral, within a spiral and kept in synch with magnetic forces that NO amount of man-made emissions could ever influence.
