Today we have Dr. Timothy Pychyl who is a professor at Carleton University, and author of the books "Solving the Procrastination Puzzle" and "Procrastination, Health, and Wellbeing". His work is based on current psychological research and provides clear strategies for change. He will walk us through how we can disrupt self-destructive ideas and habits and move into freedom and accomplishment.
We met recently at a conference so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to ask him to join us on the show.
