Dena has been in the health and wellness field for 20 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor and in private practice for 18 years; currently at Bayside Counseling in CT. Dena is a Certified Reiki III Practitioner for 6 years. Dena is also a Life Transformation Practitioner, Health and Wellness Consultant, Facilitator of Women’s Retreats, Workshops and Empowerment Groups and a Self-Empowerment Blogger through her business AnEmpoweredLife.net.
Dena recently became a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified Yoga Teacher for Kids to add to her repertoire of holistic services for health, wellness, self-care and self-love. Dena embodies empowerment in all she does and with how she assists others in their journey of personal or business transformation and success.
