Reports of spikes in COVID-19 cases have presented new challenges in terms of returning to the office and re-opening businesses. Employers and employees must keep themselves informed and make decisions that contribute to the solution, rather than the problem. Where should you seek out information? What should you do? The general consensus is that many employees are hesitant to return to the office. Many Americans who have been working from home during the lockdown want to continue to telecommute. Now as many have started to re-open non-essential businesses, it’s time to revisit this idea of returning to the office amid spikes in COVID-19 cases.
