Dr. Taryn Marie opened my eyes immediately when she said, "We are in the midst of a fundamental shift! This is a universal transformation journey." The coronavirus has definitely changed our course and this conversation will help and prepare you in a way that isn't being spoken of.
In this episode, Dr. Taryn Marie Stejskal will introduce us to the power of resiliency. She asks what if when we are faced with a challenge that we knew that there was a set of practices that would make us more resilient?
The definition in itself of resiliency is a circular definition, and we may question how can it be best applied today so that we can come out of this trying time. Dr. Marie discusses with me the attitudes about our knowing of mindset (fixed vs. growth) when it comes to resilience, and how we have the understanding of the thinking behind being resilient but less about the doing (practices and behaviors) when the complexities and difficult challenges arise.
