The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to assist you in maintaining your focus. Perhaps there was a time when you had difficulty concentrating on an important task at hand. By allowing yourself to take small breaks between what you are working on and committing to one duty at a time, you can become better at paying attention.

When attempting to maintain focus, Nancy advises you to assess your goals and make a plan of action to follow in order to achieve them. You can put the negative self-talk aside and consider what your best traits are to strengthen them even further to reach success. You can then discover which qualities you lack to find the resources needed to accomplish your aspirations.

Our first caller, Prince, wants to know how he can build up the courage to talk to new people. Nancy instructs Prince to be himself when approaching others he is yet to be acquainted with and to embrace being different. Prince can consider the positive aspects of his personality before starting that first conversation with someone, in order to strengthen his confidence.

Our inspirational guest is Nikki Johnson-Huston, who was homeless as a child and raised by a single mother. Determined to have a successful and fulfilled life rather than ending up in grim situations like the people around her, Nikki worked hard and made choices that bettered herself. Nikki was able to persevere through each struggle she faced by remembering that she is good enough. By believing that anything is possible and constantly challenging herself to improve, Nikki was able to beat the odds and achieve her dreams.

Our last caller, Camille, feels as though she is the only one putting effort into her relationship, and is struggling as to how she can invest time in herself rather than putting all of her energy into trying to make it work with her boyfriend. Nancy tells Camille to transition out of the relationship if she thinks that she has outgrown it, in order to find a partner in the future who is a better match. Camille can use her time being single to pick up a valuable hobby or meet new people so that she can be the best version of herself once does have a new significant other.
