No matter what goal you choose to work on, why is it that you want to achieve it can be quite revealing about you.

Do you want to achieve your goal so you can avoid the negative feelings you are having now? Do you think you will be better when you achieve your goal? Well if that’s your motivation to go after your goal, not only will it be difficult for you to get yourself to take massive action to achieve that, but you are also not likely to feel any better having achieved it.

In this episode I talk about the importance of having a strong and positive ‘Why’ for a goal and what makes a ‘Why’ strong? Why should you have a strong ‘Why’? Because it is the topmost indicator of whether you will achieve your goal or not. A strong ‘Why’ will propel you to achieve your goal inspite of the obstacles that come in your way.
