Heart Leadership is about the internal qualities of a person, the energy, the zest they bring into their lives and others that they 'touch'. It's Leadership Without Title - we all have the capability of being 'Leaders.'
It's about unlearning the things that insulate us from 'spirit'. Traditional 'Management" training has often focused on manipulating people to the company's ends in the belief that the company can prosper when the individual cannot.. Courageous Heart leaders know that an organisation, a community, can never prosper over the long term unless those that make it up also prosper.
Those that lead from the heart have learned courage.They often feel like the leader of a group of revolutionaries when the lead a group of people who have just discovered spirit for the first time. Let's dive deeper into the precepts....
