Globally, many organizations are managed largely from an unacknowledged and unspoken fear. This fear is non conducive to bringing forth our spirit to its full glory to guide our organizations, our communities and those within them to be their very best.
To be our very best requires us to take the path of Courage. To be our very best requires us to try new things, to transform and challenge our behaviors and beliefs from our old ways of thinking.
It demand moving forward when we know we are on the correct course even though we may not exactly know what lies ahead. Being our very best invites us to accept riskas part of life that can energize us rather than paralyze us.
