1. There are 2 paths in Life - the path of fear and the Path of Courage
2. Leaders must their own internal work before they can the catalyst for community transformation.
3. Organizational change and leadership development should begin by focusing on being rather than doing.
4. A community atmosphere the encourages wholeness and growth of spirit result in a society that is healthier in mind, spirit and body.
