In the 10th episode, Andrea Nisler joins the show. Andrea finished 10th as an individual at the 2020 Crossfit games and she recently became the owner of Timberwolf Fitness in St Paul, Minnesota.

She is very candid and humble as she discusses her evolution as an athlete. From a swimming background and a bit of partying on the weekends to a 6 time Crossfit games athlete, coach and gym owner.

We also dive into her love for dogs, 'The Office' and her recent trip to the ranch in California to test out all of the workouts for the 2020 finale of the Crossfit games.
