"It's actually quite a deviation in terms of stylistic direction from our first album," affirmed Zac Greensill, guitarist for Brisbane's Opus of a Machine in reference to their upcoming release 'Stray Fire'. "Our first one was kind of like a mixed bag of heavy songs and light songs but this takes on more of a cerebral feel, it's a little bit more vibey; a little bit more melodic; and a little bit more on the alternative rock side of our sound I suppose. Apart from that, there's a lot of stuff that we all love on it and hopefully a lot of people really, really dig it. We've still got some heavy riffs in there so it should have enough for people to enjoy (laughs)."
