2020 has been a year of revelation and one lesson that we can learn from in hindsight is that many of us have not thought of ever assessing our lives like we do in our businesses. What we can also glean from governance structures in organizations is the direction by which we are heading and how we are performing in attaining our goals in life. In this episode, we will do an exercise to begin applying governance to identify key areas for an amazing life ahead.
