Moves on offer
From seated:
- torso rounding / backbending (cat/cow)
- torso side bend (lean to the side)
- torso twist (turn to the side)
From standing:
- roll down and back up (spine round + un-round)
- side bend (lean to the side)
- twist (turn to the side)
Focus on offer
I invite you to notice whether there is feeling or sensation in your torso (chest, upper back, waist, lower back, belly).
Integration suggestion
