When it comes to healthy living, there is always this question. What are you willing to give up? Why give up when you can commit to what's better. In life, rarely do we want to give up what we enjoy. And really, why should you have to give up always? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Do you think that would change your perspective on how you care for yourself? How you see your reflection by your actions? Some things may not be easy, or you might be too lazy. Regardless, adding something to enhance your health sounds more fun than taking something away. So instead of giving up something (which, of course, you still can for Lent), add an action or activity that enhances your healthy living. The K.I.S.S. ~ Add an action or activity! Now, this is very personal. What you really need to consider is what will have the greatest impact in the shortest time?
