All of these areas will give you a glimpse as to where a breakdown might be occurring. What do you do with these clues? This is an indication as to where to start with your overall health. For example, if you go to bed and the main thing that's happening is cramping in your legs. Then, that's a starting point. Consider your hydration, intentional movement, vitamins, and stretching. If you go to bed and all you do is lie awake and you feel like you've had a burst of energy, yet you know you're tired. Think back to what you ate last. Was there more sugar than usual.
