Your perceptions are the filter you see the world through.

We are constantly using our senses and nervous system to read and interact with our environments. As this information comes into our brains it is filtered through our perceptions. We all then observe, identify and act on this information based on what we perceive to be true.

How we respond to our environments, our diet, our training and how we respond to the people around you are all based off what we perceive to be true.

We learn these perceptions throughout repeated experiences in our lives. They become engrained in our brains as habits and as 'relative truths'.

Although we default to the perceptions we have learned, we actually always have a choice with how we perceive things and in turn how we respond.

We just need to train ourselves to get better at making a good choice based off what we want from life.

You have to make the conscious effort to go though through your life making better choices and responding in different ways. The more repetitions you go though, the more you learn.

Changing your life starts with changing how you see things.

Changing how you see things starts with changing how you talk to yourself.

Observe more thoughts, ask more questions, make more changes.
