It's been studied, debated and then studied some more but will anything ever happen to Vancouver Island's dormant E&N rail line. In this episode we chat with two people who both previously sat on the Island Corridor Foundation board, which owns the rail corridor. One wants the line to be turned into a multi-use trail, the other wants to see rail service return and hopefully electrified. What plan is best? We'll let you decide.
