Ashley Kerby had a long journey in life coming to a point of self-love and worthiness. One she is still on. Early childhood was spent in bouncing around foster care, being adopted and then unadopted, and dealing with the emotional consequences of rejection on her subconscious.

It came to a head in college as she turned towards sex, relationships, drinking, parting, and drugs to fill her need for validation. In her senior year she was evicted, lost her full ride scholarships, and was swinging between depression and manic anxiety to the point that she skipped her final exams and dropped out of school. She ended up in a toxic co-dependent relationship with an alcoholic person and then...she got pregnant.

Life changing did not come until…The only thing that allowed her to make the shift from “victim hood” and the life that was happening to her, to victor was when she took control, and fitness helped with that too ;)

Her purpose in this life is speaking truth into people’s lives that MOVES them to change.

Ashley’s message: Our mind is the toughest battleground. In order to see change in any area of our life, we have to exercise our mental strength along with our bodies. Once you are able to make the shift to knowing you can’t control everything, but you can control 1.) Perspective 2.) Your actions, you’ve moved out of victim mindset and into a victor mindset.
