Gary! Are you using a Realtor for the selling of your property? The FAR/BAR contract is not one sided. It protects both, the Buyer and Seller. We are in a SELLER's market (this is the most opportune time to sell), hence, you have decided to sell. If you are using the services of a good Real Estate agent, he will know how to protect you, and position you to sell and sell well, with all the bells and whitles of protection. I can recommend someone. By the way, the Real Estate market is not crashing next year. The RE market is local, and it is still doing extremely well. It was behaving healthy before the pandemic, and it shall continue. The Real Estate market will show wrinkles by 2024/25 in the next election, my expert opinion.
