Am I experiencing a trauma bond? In today's show we are exploring trauma bonds, what they are, the signs of a trauma bond, and why we get into them in the first place. Trauma bonds are extremely addictive and challenging to break away from and move on to find our own true identity. The reason for difficulty is based on our upbringing and programming. We will explore stages of trauma bonding as well. Dan will back in the studio next week for our historical perspective.
