Her experience in songwriting came from emulating her two older sisters when they began writing music. She wrote a break-up song at 15 and coped with her emotions by writing. She comes from an artistic background growing up in New York where she attended the Professional Performing Arts School. She also attended Berklee College of Music and graduated in 2016 with a degree in songwriting. She has written songs for various artists, including DJ R3HAB.
