Marissa Prieto is an anti-diet, Latina Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 12 years of experience. She is committed to helping Latina women and Latina mothers improve their relationship with food and their body. She does this by helping them tune in to their own body and cultivate behaviors for long-term health.
That is to say, the goal is to pass down healthy behaviors onto their children, live a joyful life without the stress of dieting, and keep their cultural foods alive!
