If you're an over thinker and/or a creative, sometimes you can feel alone if your daily life does not include an environment with some sort of common nature.
In the pilot episode of this podcast series, take a listen as Mia (myself) commutes in New York City and speaks on some things that I treasure about my life along with whatever comes to mind. I mean, the show is named its name for a reason.
From being born and raised in Bronx, New York, I have gained experiences that have their influence on how I currently go about life and deal with how I feel. I know the importance first hand of mental health and how it is not always best to keep things in. From time to time, we must reset the weight we carry. This is a fun and (hopefully) engaging way to drop my load. I hope you handle yours too.
